About Me
I'm a returning RPG player as of a couple of years ago, and late comer to D&D 4th Edition. Currently DMing a
fortnightly game (at level 6 as at April 2012), which I'll be documenting here as I go.
In preparation for D&D 5e/D&D Next playtesting, I'll also be
tinkering with some house rules and monster design to see if I can use
the 4e rules as a solid base to create a different feel of game when it's
needed. I'll be writing a bit about that along the way too.
Blog posts are likely to contain more crunch than fluff, but I'm a big believer that the crunch of a system determines how if feels to play, so some stuff about narrative and atmosphere will probably come out through that.
